A Business Growth Plan is a clear, written roadmap that shows you what to focus on next to grow your photo or video business. It will be a PDF, probably several pages long (though the exact length depends on the information you share).

The way it works is you answer a short assessment, then I'll take a look at what you share and create a tailored plan that highlights what I think is working in your business, what is costing you money or time, and the steps you should prioritize today.

I'll also include what your revenue could be if you were to implement these changes, just to give you an idea of the value of getting stuff done.

This is not a 'send the exact same report to everyone' thing. I'm going to be looking at what you share, and use my 28+ years in the real estate photography industry to make recommendations based on the answers you give.

I ran my own real estate and architectural photography business for 17 years. I started in 1998 shooting film, transitioned to digital in 2003, and grew a successful business operation with a team of photographers.

In 2015 I sold the business (so if you’re thinking of one day selling your photography business I can certainly speak to that from experience), and started full-time doing business coaching for photographers.

Since then I’ve literally done thousands of private coaching sessions and group coaching sessions, having worked with hundreds of real estate media business owners across the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Europe and Asia.

• Social media: Review your social media posts and, if appropriate, recommend any changes to help you increase sales.
• General support: Running a real estate media business on your own can be a lonely business, so I also function as an advisor & friend who can encourage business owners to stay focused, make better decisions and feel more confident in the work they do.
